Louis Malcmacher, DDS, MAGD
Dr. Louis Malcmacher is one of the most trusted educators in dentistry and maintains a general and esthetic private dental practice in Cleveland, Ohio. He is an internationally renowned lecturer and author, known for his wide-ranging comprehensive and entertaining style. Dr. Malcmacher is a frequent contributor to dental literature, having published numerous articles about adhesive resin dentistry, crown and bridge procedures, Botox and dermal fillers in dentistry, total facial esthetics, practice management, periodontics, esthetic dentistry, and halitosis therapy andhas lectured at many major dental conferences as well as dental societies throughout the US,and internationally. He is an Evaluator Emeritus for Clinicians Report, a visiting lecturer at several Universities, a spokesperson for the Academy of General Dentistry, a monthly columnist and contributing editor for Dental Economics, a contributing editor for Dentistry Today and Dental Tribune, a monthly columnist for The Dentist's Network Newsletter. Peter Vanstrom DDS, FAGD, FPFA, PC
Dr. Vanstrom is widely recognized as one of today’s leading authorities on dentistry. In 2002, he achieved the honor of becoming a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2011 he was inducted as a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Vanstrom has appeared as a dental expert on CNN Weekend House Call and several segments of CNN, CBS, NBC and ABC. He currently serves as a dental consultant for CNN medical as well as a member of the editorial board for WebMD, reviewing articles for publication.
Dr. Vanstrom has published many articles and lectured on topics including oral cancer, non-surgical periodontal care, diode laser therapy and dental practice management for the general practitioner. He has been an invited speaker at the Academy of General Dentistry, the Hinman Dental Meeting, the Greater New York Dental Meeting, the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Yankee Dental Meeting and the British Dental Association.

Dr. Vanstrom is the founder and director of Paradigm Dental Consulting. His mission is helping general practitioners and specialists succeed in Bigger Case Dentistry outside of the limitations of dental insurance. He trains dentists and their teams on the systems, protocols and verbal skills required to market, sell and close bigger case dentistry.

R. Tyler Green, DDS

Kyle Ash, DMD
Dr. Kyle Ash is the founder of South Texas Dental Oncology, a dental practice with a primary focus on the treatment of individuals suffering from head and neck cancer. Dr. Ash is a graduate of Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry and holds a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University. He has integrated his unique dental practice into the medical community, successfully bridging the gap between dentistry and medicine. In addition to private practice, he participates in a weekly multidisciplinary head and neck tumor board working directly with ENT surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, speech therapists, pathologists, oral surgeons, and research physicians. As a ‘key opinion leader’ in the field of dental oncology, Dr. Ash lectures to Dentists, Dental Hygiene, Nurse Oncology, various cancer support groups, and others seeking knowledge and continuing education credits. He continues to update his knowledge of dental oncology by collaborating with colleagues and participating in CE training at major cancer centers nationwide such as MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. Judy Bendi, RDH, BS
Judy has been invited to present programs at more than 300 dental and hygiene meetings in the United States and Canada. She currently holds an Adjunct Faculty position in the Perio-dontal Department, Temple-Kornberg School of Dentistry. In addition to speaking, Judy also has written many articles on dental related topics, and volunteer’s for the Global Smile Foundation performing community outreach around the world and attended iTOP training in Switzerland. Following years of practice as a clinical dental hygienist, Judy served as a Professional Sales Representative for dental manufacturers and also as an educational consultant for several dental manufacturers., and been recognized as a “Top Leader in Dental Education” by Dentistry Today.
Patti DiGangi, RDH
Patti DiGangi, RDH, BS continues to take a future-oriented leadership role in a variety of professional organizations. She is a certified Health Information Technology trainer shaping the changes in our interoperable electronic health record world. Patti is an ADA Evidence Based Champion and holds publishing and speaking licenses with the American Dental Association for Current Dental Terminology and SNODENT Coding. She is the author of the DentalCodeology series of bite-size books for busy people. Patti received the 2014 & 2015 Dentistry Today CE Leaders recognition. Patti was awarded the 2014 Sunstar Award of Distinction and the 2013 Sonicare Mentor of Distinction award.
Stacy Atnip RDH, BS
Stacy is a Dental Hygienist with a career spanning over 25 years in the Dental Industry. Her clinical practice includes 2 years in Switzerland which fueled her passion for travel and making people smile around the world. She attended iTOP Advanced in London and Switzerland and completed her Teacher/Lecture Certification in Prague, CZ. Stacy is part of the University of Arizona’s Public Dental Health Program as a Technical Oral Health Expert in both the “First Smile” and “School Sealant” Programs. As part of the iTOP Program, Stacy is focused on helping dental professionals reconnect with the importance of preventive oral care through education and motivation.
Robert Levine, DDS
Dr. Levine, President of Global Laser Oral Health (GLOH), has been in the field of dentistry since 1973 and graduated from NY University. Dr. Levine has 11 years of experience in the laser arena, both in academic and private practice. He is also the co-developer of the first accepted laser curriculum at an accredited US Dental School. Dr. Levine is presently the Director of Laser Dentistry at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH), where he provides clinical hands-on training to students and post-graduate residents. He also works heavily in the Special Care Dentistry arena where he applies his skill and use of technology to this special group of patients. Dr. Levine sees the need for introducing to the dental profession a comprehensive pathway to laser technologies. As president of GLOH, he has a series of training programs for lasers and helps dentists understand the potential benefits for their patients and practice.
Barry Bartusiak, DMD
Dr. Barry Bartusiak has completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and his DMD at the University of Pittsburgh along with Advanced Programs at the University of Miami.
Dr. Bartusiak has presented over 400 Lectures on Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, and Periodontics in 44 states and Canada. He is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry and 5 time president of his local Dental Society.
He was also a previous board member of the American Cancer Society and dentist to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dr. Bartusiak is a “Hometown Hero” on local media station in Pittsburgh and is a published author in the dental field.
Bethann Mounts, RDH
Bethann Mounts is a recognized lecturer and mentor in the field of Dental Hygiene. She has practiced hygiene in private practice since 1985. Bethann received her training at the University of Pittsburgh. She utilizes and implements cutting edge technology and techniques daily. Certified fitness instructor with 25 years experience in group exercise, personal training and participated in many health and wellness expos. Competitive and recreation cheer coach for 13 years.
Anastasia Turchetta, RDH
Anastasia works with various companies and dental practices on their social media presence via video blogging, hosting and marketing. Her brand "America's Dental Hygienist" skillfully connects consumers and dental professionals. She presents webinars, CE or keynote programs. A practicing clinical hygienist of 27 years, Anastasia recently received the honor of Top 25 Women in Dentistry 2014.
